Shipping & Returns

We ship using flat rate pricing based on the weight of your order, so you always know your shipping cost before you pay. Your total shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.

Local to us? Choose the free local pickup option at checkout and skip shipping entirely. We will be in touch by email to arrange a convenient pickup time once your order is ready.

Because everything is handmade in small batches, please allow a little time for us to prepare your order with care. Some items are made to order. If anything will take longer than usual, we will let you know by email.

Your happiness matters to us. Because our soaps, salves, scrubs, and creams are personal care products made by hand, we are not able to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, for everyone's health and safety.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right, either with a replacement or a refund. Photos of the issue are always helpful.

Each batch is handmade, so every item has its own personality. We guarantee the fragrance will be consistent from batch to batch, but the exact look of your item may differ slightly from the photos. Thank you for understanding and for supporting handmade.
