Intense Muscle & Joint Rub
Called The Bomb Balm because one customer said it was The Bomb. This muscle rub is another reason why we became The Salve Store. This rub is completely natural and made with natural oils and butters along with several warming and cooling essential oils that combined together, compliment each other and work synergistically by enhancing each of the ingredients benefits for a soothing sensory experience. It smells amazing too! If you believe you are having an allergic reaction to this rub, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

Customer Reviews
Absolutely amazing rub! Highly recommend. Tammy is amazing herself, very friendly and knowledgeable.
This intense muscle and joint salve really helped get relief from a tight neck and shoulders. The slight warming relief is great and the smell is not strong so I can wear it all day long.
What I love most about it is, it simply works. I’ve been a musician for pretty much my whole life, including several years playing on the road five nights a week. After 60 years of it, still playing daily, the large muscle between my thumb and index finger, on both hands, often stiffens up. Especially when it’s cold! Tammi and I were talking one day and she hands me a container of Bomb Balm and says here, try this. Within 10-15 minutes I was ready to go on with the show! Whether you play piano, organ, guitar or even banjo, and your hands ache, this product is for you.
Bumped into Tammy in two full leg braces after tearing both my MCL’s in December 2025 due to a very lovely fuzz butt. AKA dog. She gifted me a sample because of the pain and I haven’t looked back. I’ve been purchasing this cream ever since. I even gift it to my mom who has trigger thumb in both hands and she’s able to have pain relief after using this cream as well. Very happy with it and it’s always a pleasure getting to speak with Tammy!
I bought both the joint rub and miracle Goop for my aching hands and elbows that are so painful. These both worked so well to give me relief!!
